Solutions & Infrastructure Architect

How Far Can We Take This?

I design enterprise infrastructure and make the case for building it. I also look after what happens once it's running. Today that means owning an Azure platform that thousands of devices depend on across four global regions.

38% fewer platform support tickets year over year, measured in the customer's ServiceNow.

Before It Hits Production

Every change went straight to production. Getting a test environment approved took five months, from finding the right team to making the case for the money. I designed the environment, and the platform teams own the provisioning.

DNS That Keeps Up

I'd remove a service and forget its DNS record. After enough of that, I wanted a tool that would clean up after it. That's dnsweaver. I own the design and releases, with AI agents writing the code.

Upstream Contribution

The Issue a Bot Closed

The BGP setting I needed wasn't exposed in the interface. An issue asking for it sat unresolved until a bot closed it. I picked it up, and the change shipped upstream.

Beyond the Case Studies

I've been writing more at probablyfine.dev, about the things I'm working on and how I got into all of this in the first place.
